Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, profiling or advertising tools. That is why it shows no cookie banner.
Typefaces and images are hosted on the site itself. The third-party content described below (Spotify, YouTube and WhatsApp) only starts when you click. Until then the site sends no requests to their servers.
Data you send us
If you send an email, call or message on WhatsApp, the details you share (name, contact details, event details) are used only to answer your enquiry and, if we reach an agreement, to organise the booking. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before and under a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). They are kept for as long as the enquiry and any booking require, and for the legal obligations that follow from it. They are not passed to third parties or used for newsletters.
Browsing data
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Like any web server, it records technical data about requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to run the site and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as data processor and keeps these logs under its own policies.
Third-party content
- Spotify (Spotify AB, Sweden): the player loads only when you press play on a track. From then on Spotify receives your IP address and may use cookies under its own privacy policy.
- YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd): the console video loads only when you press the poster, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on Google's privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd, part of Meta): the green button is a plain link and loads nothing from WhatsApp's servers. Pressing it opens WhatsApp with a ready-written message you can edit before sending; from then on WhatsApp's privacy policy applies, and Mariano receives your number and the message.
Some of these providers may process data in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR provides for (for example the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), by writing to the email above. You also have the right to complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
